Slate & Oak Farmhouse Refectory Table

This is a beautifully handcrafted, eight seater dining table, made in Wales from locally sourced oak and reclaimed slate.

The table top is made with lengths of two different types of wood, and a band of slate in the middle, giving an attractive and colourful striped finish, as well as providing an ideal place in the middle of the table for hot dishes.

The legs and frame are held together using traditional mortise and tenon joints with wooden dowels, giving the table a classic look and ensuring it is very strong. The legs are made from square pieces of wood, with rounded edges and slightly tapered tops to give an elegant finish.

All the wood is oiled with eco-friendly Organic Danish oil.
